**Responsibilities:**
- Accurately wire, mount, and install hardware in Electrical Control panels.
- Monitor and record project hours for accountability.
- Uphold precision and cleanliness standards in all tasks.
- Engage in effective teamwork and collaboration initiatives.
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provide support in project management activities.
- Document all parts used for accurate inventory management.

**Qualifications:**
- Technical degree or relevant experience in the field.
- Proficiency in CAD software for design purposes.
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong background in electrical work.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Dedication to adhering to vendor guidelines and ethical standards.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
- Possess manual dexterity for intricate assembly tasks.
- Good color vision for accurate wiring and component identification.
