**Job Summary:**

We are currently seeking a Lifecycle Services Business Development Lead to drive sales growth in consulting services and automation technology at Rockwell Automation. This role focuses on understanding client needs, leading to tailored solutions and enhanced customer satisfaction. The Lead collaborates with distributors and provides strategic marketing and commercial direction to boost sales. Strong data analysis skills and manufacturing experience are preferred.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement annual growth plans, setting targets and competencies.
- Effectively communicate across diverse teams.
- Present and promote Rockwell Automation Services value proposition.
- Provide constructive feedback and support sales teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and work with Sales Resources.
- Understand market conditions and drive market penetration.
- Demonstrate expertise in Rockwell Automation products and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and programs.
- Deliver consultative services at customer sites.
- Adapt quickly to changing demands and promote a "Services-first" approach.

**Qualifications:**
- Technical degree or 2+ years experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, or Maintenance.
- Comfortable with sales discussions at or above manager level.
- Ability to motivate and support outside sales with strong presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must adhere to vendor guidelines, compliance, and code of ethics, including Rockwell Automation, Siemens, and Eaton standards.
