Process Automation Sales Specialist

Department: Industrial Automation Group
Location: Reading, PA

**Job Summary:**

Fromm is a leading electrical supply company in the Mid-Atlantic market, committed to assembling top-tier teams.

We are currently seeking an Process Automation Sales Specialist to focus on developing the Process industry business within the Rockwell Industrial Automation Group. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, creating business strategies, achieving sales goals, introducing new products, and promoting offerings at various events.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement the Process business segment plan for the distributor.
- Act as the primary contact for Process technologies communication.
- Resolve customer issues effectively to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Introduce new Process products and conduct training sessions as needed.
- Ensure the success of promotional activities related to Process offerings.
- Promote Process-related products at events and trade shows.
- Provide expertise in Process technology to sales teams.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through regular training.
- Provide feedback on technical specifications, new products, and promotional strategies.
- Engage in collaborative sales initiatives to drive business growth.
- Identify potential markets for emerging Process technologies.
- Document targets and projects accurately.
- Manage ancillary products to strengthen the company's market presence.

**Qualifications:**
- A technical degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant fields.
- Proficiency in sales discussions and negotiations.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and promotional programs.
- Strong presentation skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Commitment to upholding compliance standards and ethical business practices.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Job duties may involve standing, walking, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Approximately 50% of work time may require on-site travel.
