Services Technician

Department: Industrial Automation Group
Location: Reading, PA

**Job Summary:**

The Electrical Industrial Automation Services Technician is responsible for supporting the Distributor Delivered Service business within the Industrial Automation Group. This role involves providing technical assistance to customers to boost sales and offer exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Enhance and implement Distributor Delivered Services.
- Collaborate with sales teams to close account opportunities.
- Support multiple Fromm locations.
- Serve as the primary contact for Distributor Delivered Services.
- Provide technical support to sales and customers.
- Launch new services to sales personnel.
- Oversea national promotion programs.
- Work directly with customers on projects.
- Participate in trade shows and seminars.
- Maintain sales collateral and create promotional materials.
- Ensure sales force expertise.
- Participate in training programs.
- Provide feedback to Area Manager.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance product line.

**Requirements:**

- 2-year technical degree or equivalent.
- Analytical and business planning skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop markets for new technologies.
- Motivate and support sales reps.
- Valid driver's license.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Time management and communication skills.
- Compliance with training and vendor guidelines.
