Sales Associate

Department: Inside Sales
Location: Reading, PA

**Job Summary: **
The Inside Sales Associate plays a crucial role in providing support for phone sales and services to customers. They assist customers in finding solutions to their needs, guiding them through the sales process, and building strong relationships to ensure a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities: **
- Maintain regular communication with key customer accounts.
- Input customer inquiries and orders accurately into the system.
- Record customer interactions in the Customer Record Management (CRM) system and update projects.
- Address open customer orders promptly.
- Document and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Investigate and resolve customer claims on invoices.
- Respond to customer quote requests and manage sales contracts efficiently.
- Assist in resolving customer service issues promptly.
- Collaborate with Specialists to address customer inquiries and explore new opportunities.
- Participate in technical support and systems training as necessary.
- Identify and pursue business growth opportunities.
- Adapt to changes positively and complete assigned tasks effectively.

**Qualifications: **
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the electrical industry or similar environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service skills to meet customer expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills using internal and external resources.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and time effectively.
- Knowledge of electrical products is a plus.
